Please upload only product references that you are entitled to share. Do not include identity documents, financial information, health information or other sensitive personal data.

Information generated when you use the website

Our hosting and security providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referrer information and security or spam-detection signals. The form also records the submission date, originating page and selected product category so that we can route and understand your request.

  • Enquiries that do not become an active business relationship: normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the last meaningful contact.
  • Active negotiations, contracts and orders: kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by applicable accounting, tax, customs and legal-claims rules.
  • Reference images: reviewed with the enquiry and deleted when no longer needed for that enquiry, subject to the same maximum period unless they become part of an active project record.
  • Technical and security records: kept only for the period reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, according to the relevant provider's settings and legal duties.

We may keep specific information longer when required by law, a legal hold or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
